ETKS Wins Acquittal of All Felonies in 11 Count Kidnapping/Rape/Other Sex Offense Indictment

On December 14, 2018, ETKS attorneys Don Thompson and Yousef Taha successfully defended their client, facing and 11-count felony indictment, following a 2 week trail.  The client was acquitted of all felonies and was convicted only of one lesser, A-level misdemeanor offense.  You can read the D&C article about the case here.
