ETKS and NSB Represent Family of Man Killed by Buffalo Police

Partner Don Thompson together with Neufeld Scheck and Brustin is representing the family of Marcus Neal, who was fatally shot by Buffalo Police officers after he allegedly shoplifted items from a grocery store, was chased a mile and a half by several officers.  The chase ended on a  garage roof, where Mr. Neal was pepper-sprayed by officers and shot three times.  More information here.
