ETKS Welcomes New Associate Attorney, Benjamin Wittwer

ETKS Defense is pleased to announce that Benjamin Wittwer has joined the team as an associate attorney. Ben received his law degree from the Washington University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester.

Immediately prior to joining ETKS, Ben served as the Deputy Executive Director/General Counsel Deputy Executive Director and General Counsel of the Rochester Police Accountability Board (PAB).

Before moving to Rochester to work at the PAB, Ben spent over a decade as a public defender in Boston and Brooklyn, and was a Court Attorney in Kings County. He has experience and expertise in criminal defense, capital defense, civil rights litigation, equitable policing, and administrative law. Ben is licensed to practice in the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
