ETKS Partner Donald M. Thompson Featured in MAX© Documentary on Valentino Dixon Currently Playing on Streaming Platform

On Friday July 21, 2023, MAX ©, the digital steaming platform, previously known as HBO MAX ©, released their documentary ” What Happened to Valentino Dixon” which prominently featured, ETKS Partner, Donald M. Thompson and his decades-long efforts to finally release Mr. Dixon from prison based on his wrongful conviction of Murder in the Second Degree stemming from an incident back in 1991. Mr. Dixon was subsequently released from prison in 2018 upon Mr. Thompson’s motion to vacate his conviction due to severe Brady Violations committed by the Erie County District Attorney’s Office at the time of his trial in 1991.
